Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Sunday Reset Plan ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at sundayresetplan.com. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, scraping or copying generated recipes for resale, reverse-engineering the AI model, or using the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your magic-link sign-in email. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Sunday Reset Plan is intended for household use; sharing your login across multiple unrelated households is not permitted.

Subscription & Billing

Sunday Reset Plan is offered as a recurring subscription via Stripe. Your card will be charged at the end of your free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The Sunday Reset Plan brand, app, code, and original content are owned by us. Recipes generated by the AI are provided to you for personal household use. Because AI-generated content cannot be copyrighted in many jurisdictions, we make no claim of ownership over the recipe text the AI produces for your household — but you also acknowledge that other users may receive similar suggestions.

No Medical or Nutrition Advice

Sunday Reset Plan is not a medical, nutrition, or dietetic service. Macro estimates are approximate. Allergen filtering is best-effort. Always consult a licensed professional before making dietary changes for medical reasons, during pregnancy or nursing, or for children with specific health needs.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Reset Plan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or nutritional outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and post the updated version with a new version number. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
